Pipeline & Board Management
The Kanban board visualizes your active job applications across 4 stages: Saved, Applied (Locked), Interviewing, and Offer Extended. You can change stages anytime using the card dropdowns. Moving a card to Applied or Interviewing automatically locks its attached resume snapshots for compliance.
Resume & Cover Letter Suite
When you select a job posting and a master resume, WorkScout matches the job requirements with your experience to create a tailored resume and cover letter. It also audits your resume for Keyword Match %, Metric Impact %, and Hard Requirements.
Snapshot Locking & Compliance
When an application moves to Applied, Interviewing, or Offer stages, WorkScout locks the submitted resume and cover letter snapshot so your records stay accurate. You can still view, copy, or download the PDF anytime.
